Before the workshop, we would like to have a preliminary discussion to align with your company's specific needs. The three-stage workshop starts with a brief reflection on your company in Germany and Europe, followed by a collaborative analysis of your goal projects for China engagement. We then guide you through the perfect approach to realize your plans in China, while also providing a time and budget plan as estimation. The estimated time for the workshop is approximately one week (depending on the project) for collaborative work and research. Also, 0.5 to 2 days for result presentations and subsequent discussions.
